Water Concierge
At Liquid Eden, we believe mineral water is sacred healing medicine. Since 2014, our mission has been to make beautiful, mineral-rich drinking water accessible to our community while creating a peaceful sanctuary where every person feels welcomed, cared for, and uplifted.
If you’re looking for “just a job,” this probably isn’t it. If you’re seeking meaningful work, love serving people, and feel called to contribute to something greater than yourself, we’d love to meet you.
About Liquid Eden
Liquid Eden is a peaceful, joyful little water store in the heart of San Diego. Since 2014, a community of people who genuinely love their water, care about their health, and deeply value their connection with us has blossomed.
We believe water carries energy, and that the consciousness, intention, and care of the people around it matter. Liquid Eden was inspired by the work of Dr. Masaru Emoto, and we intentionally cultivate an environment of clarity, harmony, gratitude, kindness, and love. We believe our thoughts, words, intentions, and actions create positive ripples.
Every day, we welcome people from all walks of life into our little sanctuary. Our intention is for every person to leave feeling just a little Lighter than when they arrived.
If you’re unfamiliar with Dr. Emoto’s work, we encourage you to explore his philosophy before applying, as it is central to the heart of Liquid Eden.
About You
- You are someone who naturally brings Light into a room.
- You enjoy helping people and believe even small interactions can make a meaningful difference in someone’s day.
- You are warm, caring, attentive, curious, responsible, and take pride in doing things well.
- You notice what needs to be done without being asked.
- You appreciate health, wellness, sustainability, and personal growth.
- You communicate warmly, enjoy learning, and work well independently.
- You take pride in creating beautiful, clean, organized spaces and understand that excellence is found in consistently doing the little things well.
You don’t need previous knowledge about water. We can teach you everything we know.
What we can’t teach is integrity, responsibility, curiosity, heart, and conscious presence.
Because we believe water carries energy, we believe the people who prepare and serve it matter. We value people who intentionally cultivate clarity, peace, presence, and inner well-being in their own lives. You don’t need to be perfect—you simply recognize that who we are affects how we serve others.
About the Role
As a Water Concierge, you are the heart of the store during your shift.
You’ll welcome customers, operate the register, keep the store beautiful and cared for, educate new customers about the healing benefits of mineral water, and create the kind of experience that makes people want to return.
You’ll also be the captain of the ship. After training, you’ll work independently for most of your shifts. There is no micromanaging and no one standing over your shoulder telling you what to do. We trust you with real responsibility—and that trust is a privilege.
We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their consciousness, actions, and environment. Someone who stays present, notices what needs attention, thinks clearly, and intentionally brings calm and positive direction to the space.
Your job isn’t simply to complete a list of tasks. It’s to care for the space, care for the people in it, and hold the quality of the experience.
You’ll Love Working Here If You…
- Love people and naturally make them feel welcome.
- Are warm, caring, attentive, and genuinely curious.
- Enjoy learning and confidently sharing what you know.
- Take pride in beautiful, clean, organized spaces.
- Are comfortable with sales and enjoy helping people find what they need.
- Work well independently and like being trusted with responsibility.
- Are comfortable using technology such as iPads, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and POS systems.
- Have experience in farmers markets, hospitality, retail, sales, or another environment where you learned to engage people with confidence and joy.
- Intentionally cultivate clarity, presence, and well-being in your own life.
What You’ll Do
A typical shift includes:
- Opening or closing the store independently.
- Greeting every customer with warmth and loving kindness.
- Educating new customers about our mineral-rich water.
- Operating the register and handling transactions.
- Safely lifting and carrying 5-gallon water bottles weighing approximately 50 pounds and pushing a cart carrying up to four bottles using our service elevator.
- Restocking inventory and merchandise.
- Keeping the store exceptionally clean, organized, and beautiful.
- Answering customer questions.
- Working toward sales and customer service goals.
- Supporting your teammates and contributing ideas that help Liquid Eden grow.
Every task is done with intention because every detail contributes to the experience we create.
What You’ll Receive
This is meaningful work in a peaceful environment, with short 4½-hour shifts that allow you to give your best while still leaving work feeling fulfilled, energized, and connected—not drained and running on fumes.

Schedule: Approximately 20–29 hours/week, 4–5 shifts

Bonus: Up to $150/month in performance bonuses
Benefits: Employee discount, paid time off, flexible scheduling, ongoing personal and professional development, and the opportunity to make a genuine difference in people’s lives every day.
